Section 01
Information We Collect
We collect personal identity information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, corporate branding assets) voluntarily provided when you submit a project brief or interact with our portal.
Additionally, when managing production tier projects (e.g., Dr. Asgar Rheumatology or Salasa OMS), our staging engines may process encrypted database tables, cloud integration tokens, and API transactional loops required exclusively to engineer and audit the applications.

How We Use Collected Data
Your information is utilized strictly to communicate project roadmaps, deliver quotes, analyze workflow optimization, and execute marketing or engineering sprints.
For infrastructure operations, data metrics are used to run performance evaluations, debug system failures, ensure security verification, and fulfill standard B2B contractual agreements.
We maintain a zero tolerance policy against the distribution, monetization, or sale of client owned consumer data to third party brokers.
Used only for project deliveryNever sold to data brokers

Section 03
Patient Data & Enterprise Privacy Guidelines
For systems handling sensitive consumer fields, such as patient clinical logs, medical appointment diaries, or proprietary logistics financial transaction paths, Elyven acts strictly as a “Data Processor.”
We map data pipelines utilizing high tier cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) incorporating end to end encryption (at rest and in transit), multi factor role authentication, and continuous error access logs to preserve absolute identity anonymity.
Encryption
End to end, both at rest and in transit.
Access control
Multi factor role authentication for every system.
Monitoring
Continuous error and access logs.

Code Auditing & Prototype Sandboxing
When optimizing or scaling client code structures generated via AI tools, agents, or chatbots, Elyven builds sandboxed development instances.
This isolates client data pipelines during structural refactoring and diagnostic debugging sessions, ensuring your legacy assets and core system databases are never cross contaminated or exposed to unsecured public code indexes.

Meta Tags, Retargeting & Analytics Tracker Disclosures
Elyven deploys industry standard structural tracking identifiers (Google Analytics 4, Meta Tracking Pixels, LinkedIn Insight Tags) on our primary web interface.
These trackers anonymously compile behavioral diagnostics, such as layout retention metrics, session length, and clicked service buttons, to help us curate targeted business outreach plans.
Visitors can manually purge cookie cache stores or select “Do Not Track” headers directly inside their network browser settings.

International Compliance Frameworks
While operated from Karachi, Pakistan, Elyven ships software globally across 3 continents. We architect structural database parameters balancing GDPR (European Union user rights), CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy compliance), and secure localized framework rules.
Users explicitly maintain the legal entitlement to request total data deletion, system reporting files, or complete access revocations across our storage architecture at any phase.
